I have been pre-qualified, and am eagerly looking to fall in love with my first home. I am looking for something needing little or no fix-up. Some minor work is acceptable. Paint and carpeting if necessary, if the "bones" of the home are good. No pool is preferred, however, if there is one and the house is charming, I will not reject it because of the pool. Some rear yard for entertaining is a plus. Single level or multi-level could work for me. $200-250,000 price range in North East Phx, 24th/Camelback area or Desert Ridge/Tatum Highlands area...thanks |
