Additional Needs: I have 4 children and need at least a 3 bedroom home, would prefer a 4 bedroom. I would 3 car garage but might be able to make a large 2 car garage work. I need a home with a lot of storage space and a large laundry would be nice. It would be great to have a split plan with the master on one side of the home but, it is not a requirement. I don't need to move until the summer.
