With one month under our collective belt, the BuyerHunt team is both encouraged and excited, but is maintaining a firm focus on the road ahead. Those of you that have kept up with the site since its inception have probably noticed quite a few changes already, of both the cosmetic and functional varieties. Though the concept itself remains unchanged, we are already looking at new, creative ways that it can be applied to benefit buyers, sellers, and real estate agents.
Our most recent functional change involves Virtual Flyers. Registered users who are looking to sell property create Flyers and then choose to whom they will send said flyers. At the time of launch, users were allowed to send out one flyer per day (a protective measure for our registered buyers and to insure quality of contacts). In November, we have let out the leash on our registered sellers and are now permitting up to three Virtual Flyer sendouts per day. That way, we project that users will be able to use the site constructively, but must still be selective in terms of which buyers they choose to contact.
Also, our press release hit the wire this week, publicly proclaiming our existence to the e-world. This, as well as other marketing efforts, have been ramped up recently, so be expecting some more traffic in the next few weeks.
Lastly, keep the feedback coming! We have received messages from users throughout the United States with suggestions to make the site better and have already begun incorporating several of them. John Donne once wrote that "No man is an island." Well, neither is BuyerHunt, so we most sincerely thank you all for your helpful remarks.
Very truly yours,
- the BuyerHunt Team
